How Do I Collect My Money?

If you are using our merchant account, checks are sent out the Friday (7 days) after your event. If you need expedited payment, this option is available for an additional fee. If you would like to use your own merchant account please e-mail info@neptix.com.

How Do Refunds Affect Final Payment ?

Usually we hold on to 10% of final payment for larger events to handle chargebacks and refunds.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept ?

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover

What is The Turnaround Time to List an Event ?

Once you create an event one of our account specialists will approve or deny your event within 24 hours during the business week.

Are selling tickets and printing tickets the same thing ?

No, we offer 2 services - Selling tickets online, and printing hard copy tickets so you can pass them out or sell them by hand.

How Do I Print Tickets ?

If you purchased tickets online, your E-Tickets will be emailed to you. If you did not receive your e-tickets please check your spam folder. You can also login to your account, view your order and click the "Print" button to print or download your ticket.

How Do My Customers Get Their Tickets ?

If you have the e-ticket option selected on your tickets, once a customer purchases an item they are e-mailed an E-Ticket.

How Do I Check In ?

Although each seller checks in guests differently but we highly recommend printing our your E-Ticket and taking it to the event with you. Sellers may use our iOS mobile app to scan in their guests.
